We want you to relax and enjoy your visit to our salon. The following guidelines will help you get the most out of your experience and enable us to look after you properly.
We’ll send you a text and an email confirmation 48 hours before your appointment. If you find that you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon possible. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the start time may incur a charge.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
When you arrive please check in with our reception team, who are there to welcome you and make you feel at home. Arriving a few minutes early for your appointment will allow you a little breathing space – the first step to a relaxing, nurturing experience with us.
If you are running late, our reception team will call five to ten minutes after your appointment time to check that you are on your way. After 15 minutes, your stylist or technician will assess whether there is still time for your appointment to go ahead. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but we may ask you to rearrange your appointment for another time. In this case, our standard cancellation policy applies*.
All appointment times quoted equate to time spent with your stylist, technician or therapist.
We have a cloakroom where you may leave coats and umbrellas, but we cannot take any responsibility for handbags, purses or valuables so we ask that you keep them with you.
Please let us know before your appointment begins if you have any concerns about your health or wellbeing, for example if you are undergoing treatment for a medical condition. If you are pregnant, we can offer advice on treatments that are suitable and customise certain services to ensure that they are safe for you and your baby.
An allergy test is required for all hair colour services (48 hours in advance) and some beauty services (24 hours in advance). Adverse reactions are rare, but if you do experience discomfort following your allergy test please inform us as soon as possible.
Children are welcome in our salons but an adult must accompany under-13s. We welcome babies and toddlers from their very first haircut onwards, and children’s pricing for hair services applies until they turn 13. If your child is aged 13-16 they may visit unaccompanied, but we require written parental consent at the time of booking.
LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENTS
We accept walk-in appointments based on team member availability.
Your time is precious, so we want you to have the best possible experience whilst you are with us. Feedback is essential in helping us to exceed expectations: if you’d like to tell us about your visit, make a suggestion or let us know if something wasn’t quite as you’d hoped, please speak to a member of our team.
For some services, we ask for a deposit at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. We are unable to refund deposits for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. We do understand that life doesn’t always go according to plan though, so if you do need to cancel on the day please let our reception team know as early as possible.
If your furry friend will feel comfortable and behave well in our salon, you are welcome to bring them along with you. We provide drinking water for dogs if required.
If you have a disability or additional needs, please let our reception team know when you book your appointment. We are committed to ensuring that our services are accessible to all. Each salon is equipped with ramps and disabled toilet facilities.
PRIVATE & VIP ROOMS
We have a number of private rooms available. Please discuss this option with our reception team when booking your appointment.
Relax and unwind with a coffee, a snack or a glass of Champagne. We offer a range of food and beverage choices for you to enjoy during your appointment and we are licensed to sell alcohol.
