Front-of-House Client Liaison Assistant

As a Front-of-House Client Executive, you’ll be the face of our Knightsbridge and Battersea salons. Paul Edmonds London is one of the most acclaimed, luxurious brands in British hairdressing, renowned for excellence in hair and beauty. You’ll be responsible for welcoming clients through the doors and ensuring they get the full 360 hospitality experience during their time with us.


Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients on arrival

• Delivering exceptional service

• Resolving complaints

• Managing reservations

• Taking payments

• Booking future appointments

• Taking orders for client refreshments

• Implementing Covid-19 policies 

You’ll need the following skills and qualifications:

• A background in hospitality or the food and beverage industry

• Strong communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence

• A high standard of personal presentation

The position involves working 37.5 hours and includes Saturday and or Sunday on a rota basis.
