At Paul Edmonds London, the host is an intrinsic part of the operations team. You are a brand ambassador and guest relations expert, ensuring that every guest is welcomed and has the complete 360 hospitality experience at any Paul Edmonds London location.

You will work closely with the administration teams to ensure a pro active approach to operational needs, second guessing the clients requirements and going that extra mile where necessary.

You must have a passion for hospitality, with strong communication skills and an understanding of how to maximise the client journey every time. Presentation is key aswell as a proven track record of working with a team to drive success.

This is an ideal role for the individual who has worked in challenging F&B/hospitality roles and wants that next step to develop their guest relations and personal stewarding skills further.
