Most people know BAFTA for it’s legendary year on year award ceremonies which celebrate the best in British film and television however, when the glitz and the glam of award season is over, BAFTA continues to strive by offering international programmes of learning events and initiatives. Academy Circle | The Membership
As BAFTA is an independent arts charity, to ensure their unique offering of programmes and initiatives continue and even improve, The British Academy of Film and Television Arts have set up the Academy Circle. Members of the Academy Circle are influential and prestigious individuals who show their support by making significant donations yearly to BAFTA’s charitable activity. BAFTA can only provide world class programmes and initiatives with the support from the Academy Circle. Members of the Circle receive a world of benefits as a thank you for their continued support and these include a collection of intimate evenings throughout the year, hosted by BAFTA members (such as Mr Edmonds) and influential industry professionals including actors, directors and cinematographers.
