General terms and conditions

MyPE membership discount criteria is available to customers who have completed 4 or more service transactions (this excludes retail only purchases in a visit) in a rolling 12 month period at Paul Edmonds salons and have opted into the Paul Edmonds communications subscription. Provided a customer has met with this criteria and that they do not have another duplicate profile they will be automatically included as part of the MyPE membership program Should a customer have a duplicate or near to duplicate profile (inaccuracy with regards to spelling) the customer must inform Paul Edmonds London immediately. Should a customer fail to maintain the 4 visits or more criteria in a 12month rolling period and/or opt out of the Paul Edmonds subscription communication, the membership benefits will be automatically removed. We reserve the right to change or remove discounts or promo codes at any time. We reserve the right to change the terms of, or end, sales at any time. MYPE discounts, and promo code discounts, are calculated on the checkout page (provided you meet the criteria of opt in and visit frequency), this is processed manually and applied into you total visit invoice/bill. The terms for specific promo codes, discounts and sales may vary. They may only be applied to orders meeting the specific terms stated on-site or in promotional material. Membership discounts Unless specifically stated, the MyPE membership benefits such as discounts may not be used in conjunction with any other promo code or special offer. Discounts may not be applied retrospectively to previous visits. Discounts can not be accrued against future visits, any discount is solely applied on the visit in person. Birthdays As part of the MyPE membership, we request the day and month only of the members birthday this data will be used solely for the purpose of providing the member with additional membership benefits. You may wish to opt out of the birthday day and month data requirement however this may lead to your membership not being fully utilised. Transfer Your MyPE membership can not be transferred to another person, member of your family or friend. We reserve the right to terminate your MyPE membership should your MyPE membership be used be another person, member of your family or friend. Other discounts In some circumstances, automatic discounts may not be applied correctly to your order. Automatic discounts may not be applied retrospectively. Therefore, it is your responsibility to check whether a discount—which you understand to be applicable to your order—has been applied correctly. Sales and Gift Cards Your MyPE membership can not be used to purchase gift cards. If you have a gift card you can use this as a payment type to complete you transaction once your MyPE membership benefit has been applied
