Bleaching can seriously affect the structure of your hair, so Kérastase started developing their new range by looking at the effects of extreme bleaching. Post-procedure hair is often dry and brittle because the layers of proteins and pigments have been stripped away. Kérastase Blond Absolue Cicaextreme has been developed to meet the needs of three very specific hair types.

A natural dark base takes a higher concentration of bleach to lift. This could leave hair feeling overprocessed and porous.

Powerful blonde-healing care

Hyaluronic acid duo

Blond Absolue Cicaextreme blends two different hyaluronic acid molecules for double the hydration. Low and high weight molecules deeply penetrate the hair fibre and restore its elasticity and strength.

Edelweiss Oil

Nourishing, rich actives from the ‘immortal flower’ help protect your hair from daily damage. It’s a softening and nourishing treat for hair which has been left sensitive from extreme bleaching.

 

Exclusive first look: Blond Absolu Cicaextreme

Meet the new products in the range and learn how to repair bleached damaged hair using the different options together or as a full treatment regime.

Step 1: Bathe

Le Bain Cicaextreme is the best shampoo for blonde damaged hair. It’s an ultra moisturising shampoo cream specially formulated to gently cleanse the hair without causing excessive friction. 

Step 2: Treat

Blond Absolu Masque Cicaextreme is the best hair mask for bleached hair with extreme damage. We recommend applying it once a week as a nourishing treatment. 

Step 3: Prime

Blond Absolu Huile Cicaextreme is an intense strengthening oil for extreme blondes. It provides heat protection up to 230°C, has an anti-static effect and can be used as a primer, finisher or refresher.

Step 4: Overnight

Apply Blond Absolu Serum Cicanuit Overnight Serum to dry or towel dried hair overnight and help your bleached hair recover while you rest. It visibly reduces the appearance of split ends and hydrates sensitized hair fibre.

Anti-brass salon care

You can also indulge in an anti-brass, ultra-nourishing salon treatment as part of the Kérastase Blond Absolu Cicaextreme range. The Blond Absolu Fusio-Dose is loaded with ultra-violet pigments to help neutralise brassy tones while caring for your hair. 

Our Paul Edmonds London Knightsbridge salon is a Fusio-Dose Hair Treatment Spa and is home to the full range of Kérastase personalised reatments. They’ll be blended into a tailored cocktail to address your primary and secondary hair concerns, whether it’s hydration, neutralising or repair and shine.

A Fusio-Dose hair treatment can be added to your cut and blow service or blow dry service for £22 and takes 10 minutes to do. We recommend booking your Absolu Blond Fusio-Dose treatment in advance, but you do have the option to add it on the day.
