Introducing SkinCeuticals P-TIOX Cream: your new anti-wrinkle moisturiser

Introducing SkinCeuticals P-TIOX Cream: your new anti-wrinkle moisturiser

A new chapter in smoother-looking skin. Discover the targeted moisturiser bringing together care for visible lines, refined pores and a luminous finish.

Meet SkinCeuticals P-TIOX Cream, the latest addition to our skincare collection at Paul Edmonds London. Its melting texture delivers hydration with a non-greasy finish, while targeting the appearance of deeper-set lines and uneven texture. Think of it as your daily moisturiser, with a little more ambition.

Its natural partner is P-TIOX Serum, a lightweight formula that targets the appearance of expression lines and enhances radiance. Together, they bring complementary care for lines, texture and hydration into two straightforward steps: Serum first, Cream second.

What is SkinCeuticals P-TIOX Cream?

P-TIOX Cream is an anti-wrinkle moisturiser designed to improve the appearance of persistent lines, visible pores and uneven texture. Alongside this targeted care, it delivers hydration and supports the skin barrier, helping skin look smoother and more luminous.

If you want to address visible lines but prefer a cream that feels light on the skin, this is where P-TIOX comes into its own. Its micro-melting texture is designed to hydrate without leaving a greasy finish.

Does P-TIOX Cream replace your usual moisturiser?

Yes. P-TIOX Cream can take the place of your usual face cream. Its wrinkle-focused formula also fulfils the daily moisturising step, so there is no need to add another cream simply because it offers targeted benefits.

Apply it after your serums, then finish with sunscreen in the morning. In the evening, use it as your moisturising step after your chosen treatments. The right routine should leave your skin feeling comfortable, with each product serving a clear purpose.

P-TIOX Cream or Serum: what is the difference?

They share a name and a focus on smoother-looking skin, but each brings something different to your routine.

P-TIOX Serum is a lightweight corrective step. Its formula combines peptides, PHA and niacinamide to target the appearance of expression lines, refine texture and enhance radiance. Apply it beneath your moisturiser.

P-TIOX Cream combines its Myrixin™ complex with peptide technology in a moisturising formula. It targets the appearance of deeper-set lines and visible pores while delivering hydration and supporting the skin barrier.

Why use P-TIOX Serum and Cream together?

A luminous complexion is about more than the appearance of individual lines. Hydration, texture and the way light reflects from the skin all play a part.

The pairing brings these concerns together. The Serum provides lightweight correction for expression lines and texture; the Cream follows with its own targeted ingredients and moisturising care. Both contribute to the smoother, more even-looking surface behind the coveted glass-skin finish.

If you already use the Serum, the Cream gives your moisturising step a complementary role. If you are new to P-TIOX, the two offer a straightforward way to build your routine around visible lines, texture and radiance.

Apply P-TIOX Serum first, followed by P-TIOX Cream. Finish with sunscreen in the morning.

How does P-TIOX Cream help soften the appearance of lines?

Some lines appear when you smile or frown; others remain visible when your face is at rest. P-TIOX Cream targets the appearance of these more persistent lines, alongside the uneven texture that can make them more noticeable.

At the heart of the formula is 10% Myrixin™, a botanical extract complex, paired with peptide technology. Niacinamide and LHA help refine the appearance of texture and pores, while zinc PCA supports oil balance.

Together with the Cream’s moisturising care, these ingredients work towards a smoother, more even-looking surface. The luminous finish comes from how skin reflects light, without relying on a greasy sheen.

How long does P-TIOX Cream take to work?

Hydration comes first. In SkinCeuticals’ testing, skin hydration increased after one hour, with continuous hydration measured over 24 hours.1

The changes in lines and texture develop more gradually. An improvement in the appearance of pores was recorded from one week. At 12 weeks, results included improvements in the appearance of wrinkles, alongside smoothness, elasticity, radiance and evenness of tone.2

Consistency is key. Give the routine time, and consider taking a photograph in the same light every few weeks: gradual changes can be easier to appreciate this way than through a daily glance in the mirror. Individual results will vary.

Does P-TIOX Cream improve skin density?

Smoother, more supple-looking skin is not necessarily denser skin. P-TIOX Cream’s results show improvements in skin quality, including hydration and elasticity; an increase in skin density has not been established.

1. SkinCeuticals instrumental hydration test: 31 participants.
2. SkinCeuticals clinical study: 77 participants, assessed by visual grading over 12 weeks.

Why pair P-TIOX with an antioxidant serum?

A thoughtful morning routine cares for visible signs of ageing while helping protect against the daily exposure that contributes to them. P-TIOX targets the appearance of lines and texture; an antioxidant serum helps defend against free radicals generated by environmental factors such as UV exposure and pollution.

For normal to dry skin, SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic is a natural companion. Its combination of vitamins C and E with ferulic acid provides antioxidant protection while improving the appearance of fine lines and enhancing radiance.

The two have complementary roles: antioxidant care for the day ahead, followed by targeted correction and moisture from your P-TIOX pairing. Choose an antioxidant suited to your skin type; an oily or blemish-prone complexion may benefit from a different formula in the range.

How to layer your morning skincare

  1. Cleanse. Begin with clean, dry skin.
  2. Apply your antioxidant. Use C E Ferulic or your chosen SkinCeuticals antioxidant serum.
  3. Follow with P-TIOX Serum. This is your lightweight corrective step.
  4. Apply P-TIOX Cream. Follow with your targeted moisturising care.
  5. Finish with SPF. Apply a broad-spectrum facial sunscreen, such as Advanced Brightening UV Defense SPF50.

Antioxidant care complements sunscreen; it does not replace it. Apply your SPF generously and reapply as directed throughout the day.

The P-TIOX Morning Radiance Routine

For normal to dry skin, bring together C E Ferulic, P-TIOX Serum, P-TIOX Cream and Advanced Brightening UV Defense SPF50. Four considered steps after cleansing, combining antioxidant care, targeted correction, moisture and sun protection.

A morning ritual built around smoother-looking skin and lasting luminosity, with each formula taking its place in the right order.

Can you use P-TIOX Cream with Retinol 0.3?

Yes. P-TIOX Cream can follow retinol as your evening moisturiser. SkinCeuticals Retinol 0.3 encourages cell turnover, helping improve the appearance of fine lines, uneven tone and texture. The Cream follows with hydration and its own targeted care for visible lines and pores.

How to build your evening routine

On evenings without retinol: cleanse, then apply P-TIOX Serum followed by P-TIOX Cream.

On retinol evenings: apply a pea-sized amount of Retinol 0.3 to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye area. Allow it to absorb, then follow with P-TIOX Cream. Keep your P-TIOX Serum in your morning routine on these days.

If retinol is new to your routine, begin once or twice a week and increase gradually as your skin tolerates it. Let your skin settle into each new addition before introducing another. If irritation develops, pause use and allow your skin to recover.

Use a high-protection, broad-spectrum sunscreen every morning and reapply as directed. Avoid retinol during pregnancy or when planning pregnancy.

The P-TIOX Retinol Routine

Bring together P-TIOX Serum, P-TIOX Cream and Retinol 0.3 for a routine that combines your daily P-TIOX pairing with a considered evening addition.

The Serum and Cream remain your morning partners, while retinol takes its place before the Cream on selected evenings. Daily sunscreen is essential alongside this routine and is not included in the trio.

What else can you add to your P-TIOX routine?

Once your everyday routine is in place, a well-chosen addition can bring more attention to a particular concern, whether that is dehydrated-looking skin or the delicate eye area.

For extra hydration and a plumper-looking finish

If your skin looks dehydrated or lacks plumpness, H.A. Intensifier Multi-Glycan offers targeted hydration and helps restore a plumper-looking appearance.

It brings a different benefit to the P-TIOX pairing: while the Serum and Cream focus on visible lines and texture, H.A. Intensifier adds dedicated hydrating and plumping care. In your morning routine, apply it after P-TIOX Serum and before P-TIOX Cream, then finish with sunscreen.

For more focused care around the eyes

When dark circles and crow’s feet are particular concerns, A.G.E. Advanced Eye offers targeted care to improve their appearance and help the eye area look brighter and smoother.

P-TIOX Cream can already be used around the eyes as directed. A separate eye cream is therefore a considered addition for those specific concerns, rather than an essential extra for everyone.

Can P-TIOX replace an injectable wrinkle treatment?

Introducing SkinCeuticals P-TIOX Cream: your new anti-wrinkle moisturiser

No. P-TIOX is topical skincare, designed to improve the visible appearance and condition of the skin. Injectable wrinkle treatments are medical procedures with different mechanisms and outcomes; a cream should not be expected to reproduce their effects.

You do not need to have injectable treatments to use P-TIOX. Its benefits for visible lines, texture, hydration and radiance make it relevant to an everyday skincare routine in its own right.
