What can I expect in the salon?
We are are open from Monday 12th April you will expect the following:
Upon entry to the salons you will be asked to take a temperature test, and sanitise your hands, as of the 30th of November 2021 all clients will be asked to wear a mask upon arrival and whilst you are walking around the salons. If you so wish to wear a mask during your service you may do so (we have masks available for you), we have continued to operate social distancing within the salons, due to the close contact nature of hair and beauty services we strongly believe that your safety and that of our teams are paramount, this means that we have reduced salon capacity by 50% through the removal of chairs.
Our teams will be working longer hours, and no longer in bubbles but will continue to have 2 lateral flow tests per week, this is to ensure that we are able to accommodate your choice of colourist and stylist together on that same day
For any clients who have not had colour the last 6 months or who have had covid 19 you may be required to complete an allergy alert test prior to your appointment, if you think you require an allergy alert test we can arrange delivery to your home address free of charge. Please allow 7days prior to your appointment so that we can arrange this for you and avoid any inconvenience to your appointment.
