FAQ’s

Following government guidelines on the Coronavirus COVID 19 next steps, and for the continued safety of our clients, team and partners, we took the decision to close both our salons temporarily.

Whilst still physically not operational we are available online to ensure that we continue to provide you with information regarding your hair and skin concerns. Due to the high volume of requests from clients we have decided to add a FAQ list for you to try and answer some of the key questions that have been sent to us in the last few days. We recognise that again factors may change over the coming weeks due to further government updates but we will continue to provide you the latest news relating to Paul Edmonds London through email, social channels and our website.

 

 

When are you opening?

At present we will be following government guidelines regarding opening up again, these are being reviewed on a monthly basis and once we have clarity we will share this with all of our clients through SMS.

Are you able to do home visits?

The decision to close Paul Edmonds London was not taken lightly and we took that decision in order to ensure that the spread of the virus was contained. Therefore home visits are not possible at this time.

Can I purchase Colour?

We are looking at options for clients who would like to colour their hair, our advice is on an individual basis and you can email info@pauledmonds.com, where we will arrange a member of our team to contact you to help you through any questions you might have and provide you with alternatives.

Can I do highlights/balayage on my hair?

Our advice is not to do these technical services on yourself, however if you are finding that your greys are coming through then please contact us at info@pauledmonds.com or you can purchase L’Oréal root spray to cover up your greys.

Can I purchase Shampoo/Skincare still?

Yes the Paul Edmonds London online shop is still distributing hair care products from Shu Uemura Art of Hair, Skinceuticals, Paul Edmonds London and Heliocare. You can continue to purchase these products and they will be shipped to you, please bear with us due to high demand our delivery facilities are running slower than usual but you will receive your products.

Can I purchase LP, Kerastase or DRZO products online?

No these are not available, however if you email info@pauledmonds.com we will try and fulfil your request for these products. A member of our team will contact you take payment and arrange delivery of any products that you would normally purchase at our Salons.

I’ve had Gel nails how do I remove them?

We are providing home kits for you to purchase along with instructions for you to be able to remove your gel nails until we are up and running again (to have them reapplied), please email info@pauledmonds.com with your request.

I have hair extensions and want to know how to remove them?

Due to the bespoke nature of hair extensions we are advising that we Facetime you individually to discuss what options are available for you to be able to remove them yourselves, please email info@pauledmonds.com.

How can I be updated with new information?
